Job description

Write and edit technical documentation, user manuals and sales and training literature. Analyze or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Communicate with internal and external, technical, and non-technical stakeholders to ensure the quality and accuracy of the assigned project. Translate technical verbiage in documents to the verbiage that can be understood by non-technical professionals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of experience with developing, editing, and producing technical and graphical documentation for IT systems
• Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work with a technical engineering team and translate documents and literature into non-technical terms for business audiences
• HS diploma or GED
• Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

• Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, with technical and non-technical, internal, and external stakeholders at all levels

CLEARANCE:

• Top Secret minimum
