Responsibilities Draper Laboratory is seeking an experienced electromagnetic design engineer to lead efforts in system conceptualization, design, and deployment for our customers. The candidate will serve as a key technical team contributor and leader, providing direction to high-caliber engineering teams. The ideal candidate is expected to be a subject matter expert in the design and development of advanced antennas and RF systems for communications, navigation, and sensor applications. The candidate should have experience in the design of novel antennas including simulation, prototyping, and testing.
