Summary:

As a Program Analyst (Market Analyst) supporting the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), you will play a crucial role in driving informed decision-making and strategic planning by providing comprehensive market analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Additionally, the Program Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

• Will work with the programs on initial set up of strategic action plans and metrics.
• Will work with the programs on a means to gather, track and report quarterly results and efforts towards achievement. This will include the need for these individuals to assist with any outreach to individual project sites or recipients to obtain status updates for reporting if required.
• Provide independent and objective analysis including organizational assessments; program evaluations; performance measure/indicators; process and productivity improvement.
• Planning includes short-term and long-range goals.
• Assists in validation of existing strengths and makes recommendations.
• Assists in the development and preparation of reports that present findings.
• Performs interview and analysis of past business improvement actions.
• Performs analysis of existing organizational effectiveness, general management, and identifies problems and potential enhancements to business organizations design and business improvement efforts.
• Addresses long range strategic planning to gain improvements in management, operation, and other business areas.
• Assists groups in establishing clear goals to achieve new levels of problem solving, decision- making.

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field OR equivalent years of related work experience.
• Proven experience as a Market Analyst, Program Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
• US citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $75,000.00-$85,000.00 annually.
