Job description

The Med D Product Advisor will be a member of the Medicare Plan Finder product team. This critical role utilizes technical aptitude and experience to support the business product, clients and compliance protocol. This position will be responsible for providing analysis on large amounts of data resulting in bi-weekly reporting that will be shared with internal and external audiences. Will be expected to take point in issue resolution, initiate and drive process improvements and will be highly engaged in IT projects, as well as oversee delivery of products/services to meet client and organizational needs.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of PBM operations, proven results in breaking down complex problems to find data-driven solutions, ease in working cross-functionally and with IT personnel, have strong communication skills and be able to present & facilitate discussion that engages both IT and business mindsets. In addition, this candidate will be self-starting, curious and driven to gain in-depth Med D and product knowledge, needs to have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent professionalism and work well under the pressure of deadlines.

This is a hybrid role and will require the ability to work in person.
