Job Summary
With an established history of leadership in a technical support environment, provide administrative support and mentoring to both junior and senior teammates. More than just a help desk, Comcast’s TechBar is the top destination for walk up IT support on our Philadelphia campus and offer a fast paced and lively environment, providing troubleshooting, IT/networking support and technology education to our diverse clientele. Our focus is on ‘fixing our client’s day,’ solving their problems and getting them back to work in a timely manner.What You'll Do:

Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
