**Job Summary:

As a Travel Concierge Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in assisting sports teams and families with their travel arrangements within the youth sports environment. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with our internal team to exceed sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our guests. This position offers a remote/hybrid setup, with a requirement to be based in the Sandusky, OH area.

**Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
- Maintain and update the company's database and reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with stay-to-play travel procedures.
- Handle stay-to-play reporting, billing processes, and reconciliation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests throughout their planning process and event duration.
- Maintain professional communication via phone and email.
- Assist the sales team in implementing new programming and making sales calls to fill hotel room booking obligations.
- Support the team with various business functions and data entry tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and privacy statements.

**Experience and Skills:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in sales and reservation software.
- Genuine enthusiasm for travel and diverse destinations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on business needs.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs. as required for job duties.

**Qualifications

- Proven experience in a reservations or hospitality role.
- Knowledge of travel and entertainment facilities.
- Well-organized and reliable.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid business understanding.

**Preferred:

- Minimum one year of coordinator experience in customer service or hotel environments.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Training in travel and tourism.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 45,000.00 65,000.00 Per Year
