Job description

Nulife Senior Care Of Chattanooga Llc in Chattanooga, TN is looking for one schduler/admin assitant to join our team. We are located on 6254 Ringgold Road. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Field telephone calls *Receive and direct visitors
• Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
• Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
• Maintain an organized filing system *Conduct internet research
• Place orders for office equipment or business needs
• Enter data into reports as needed *Create email and postal mail campaigns
• On call after hours and weekends

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to organize and create orderly systems
• Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, power point, and social media marketing

This position require day time hours and part time hour shifts: Compensation is $11.00/hour.
