Job description
Looking for a 1st and 2nd Shift Production Clerk
The Production Clerk is responsible for completing data entry and providing administrative support to the Production department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily production data entry functions such as Quality Monitor data input, dryer audits, daily temporary employee time entry and any other data entry functions as required in a timely manner.
- Perform daily time keeping completion per SOX requirements.
- Complete daily attendance records per Attendance Policy requirements.
- Update Master roster file with PTO's and LOA's.
- Report production performance from Micro-strategy to management as requested.
- Perform data entry validation. Identify, repair and report any out of compliance data in Micro-strategy.
- Perform inventory and maintain all production related supplies as required.
- Initiate purchase requisition for all smock room and supply items with the proper G/L code and assist in tracking supply spending.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions without on-going direction from manager.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information the incumbent will have access to in this position
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in Micro-Strategy.
- Speak, read and write English.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in an administrative role.
Education & Training
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
