Coordinate the logistics of new hire onboarding and employee departures
Review of contracts to ensure any deviations from standard templates receive proper approvals
Serve as the face of the HR team ensuring that all interactions are positive, supportive and engaging
Work directly with new hires to answer pre-hire and day-one questions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Manage the new hire and annual background check processes, ensuring the proper checks are completed timely and accurately
Maintain departmental process and procedure guide to keep documentation on controls and requirements up to date and accurate
Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and changes in contract laws
Ensuring that the contract terms adhere to the legal guidelines and regulations
Manage workflow of all contract stages
Coordinate with other department managers to ensure to final documents are executed in a timely manner.
Organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases
Keeping track of changes in the legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
