Description: What you'll be doing

Another Source's client, the University of California, Merced (UC Merced) , is recruiting an Employee and Labor Relations Manager to join their team in Merced, CA. You will have the ability to work remotely up to four days each week, coming to campus on Wednesdays and as needed throughout the week.

About the role:

Under the administrative direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the ELR Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining satisfactory labor-management relations, including monitoring and ensuring adherence to contract provisions, participating in negotiating sessions, and addressing grievances and questions of a specific group of union employees.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $140,000-$150,000.
