Description:


interviews conducted face to face at CSC - 1100 Reynolds Blvd., Winston-Salem, NC 27015. Position will be hybrid after training working both in the office and remote from home.


Flexible work environment with Monday Friday workdays. Hours are flexible with start/stops between 7am 7pm.




Major Task Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
Develops strong relationships with National Foodservice Team, PepsiCo Direct Support teams, and Foodservice Sales Representatives.
Create new outlets and change of ownership requests in CRM System
Collect resale certificates from the franchise owner or corporate office
Ensures credit application or add location form is submitted to AR
Ensures customer is associated with correct pricing group and product pricing is accurate prior to first fill order.
Verifies COF is in correct brand set and Key Account Hierarchy
Sends lead to wired Foodservice Sales Representative
Schedules welcome call based on opening date


Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
Proven ability to work under stressful time constraints
Strong analytical and processing skills
High level of professionalism and integrity
Successful in developing customer relationships
Demonstrated team work and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Post-Graduate education (Associates or Bachelors) and/or 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, sales support, or customer management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
Strong Leadership capability
Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills
