Brown & Brown Insurance has an exciting opportunity available for a Regional Trainer for our team.
The Regional Trainer is accountable for the design, development, and implementation of accessible and personalized F&I learning solutions. The individual in this role will work closely with internal stakeholders, teams, and subject matter experts to train and deliver updated processes and technology to a dealership
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Deliver training programs to agents, and partners through a variety of methods, such as classroom training, webinars, and workshops.
Provide coaching, feedback, and support to participants during training sessions.
Continuously evaluate and improve training delivery methods to enhance participant learning outcomes.
Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling training sessions, managing registrations, and ensuring training resources are available.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
Provide mentorship to peers and partners across the organization.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Dealer Technology
Excellent communication skills
Minimum of five (5) years automotive Service Department experience
Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter
Maintains minimum acceptable insurance coverages as outlined by the Driving For Business policy
Ability to learn from experience and apply that learning to perform successfully under new or first-time conditions.
Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy under direction from the BBDS Training Director
Ability to travel extensively
PREFFERED
Associate and/or Bachelor's Degree
Professional training in education or training and/or five years' experience as a trainer.
Ten (10) years automotive Service Department experience
Five (5) years in a dealership management position with verifiable references for management skills
