Job description

The Love Art team is looking for a prep hand to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. This is a great opportunity for those who do not know how to cook sushi or process fish, but are willing to learn.

Locations that are hiring:

• Love Art Sushi Downtown - 40 Water Street Boston MA

Pay: (Depends on experience)

$16.00 - $18.00

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and prepare simple dishes
• Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for food preparation
• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Mix, wash, peel, and chop vegetables
• Basic cooking functions such as preparing sauces, cooking rice, and cutting fish
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas

Qualifications

• Ability to efficiently work and communicate with others
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
• Experience as a Prep Cook a plus
