This position exists to support customers, technicians, Distributors and Dealers, as applicable, and to facilitate the development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the logistics department. The Logistics Coordinator role will provide warehousing, technical, and back office support to US internal departments and customers.

 

Duties and Responsibilities
 Establishing and maintaining appropriate inventory control in the warehouse.
 Managing parts purchasing, parts/kit picking, and the shipping and receiving of inventory and customer orders efficiently.
 Providing customer support for parts orders, service, warranty, technical quality management, and basic technical support.
 Assisting in the selection and improvement of kits for customer/dealer installations, relaying technical feedback on kit suitability to the Engineering Department.
 Providing various reports to management & colleagues such as quote status, on time delivery, and inventory levels.
 Providing backup support to inside sales through assistance in quoting, sales order management, and technician installation/service scheduling activities when needed.
 Key player in the communication and completion of the order process with other departments; liaison between Account Managers, Inside Sales, Technicians, and Engineering.
 Operate forklift for picking and shipping in a safe and efficient manner.
 Completing other duties as assigned.

Experience: 

SAP experience is preferred along with 2-5 years warehouse and manufacturing experience. Associates or Bachelors preferred.
