Responsible for forms review, working directly with participants, clients, relationship managers, and other internal groups related to forms and processing issue resolution. The position is also responsible for the nightly pricing of investment funds for all of Retirement Plan Services, cash processing of payroll files, rollover contributions, loan payoffs, and returns of excess funding; and maintaining a shared inbox that acts as the main source of internal communication for Retirement Plan Services.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or an Associate's Degree and 2-3 years related experience working in investments consulting, marketing, administration, or banking. A combination of education and experience is admissible. Additional experience with Excel macros is preferred.
