We are currently seeking a Director of Finance within our Adult Services Division which provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our main campus is located in beautiful Berwyn PA. 

Oversees financial and support services for the Center operations including, but not limited to, Finance, Development, Business Development /Agency Relations, Facilities, IT/Telecommunications, and Transportation. Works collaboratively with the center Executive Director to create systems that allow Center Operations Leadership to develop and deliver services and standards to meet the current and anticipated needs of key internal and external customers, including individuals served, families, funding, licensing and other regulatory agencies. Assists in development and implementation of strategies to address changing markets or reduce unwarranted risk. Establishes and oversees the implementation of operational procedures that are developed in accordance with Devereux policy and in compliance with applicable regulatory and licensing agencies. Will support Operations Leadership by providing timely and accurate financial information, including forecasts, analysis, and budget preparation and controls. Will ensure that support services are in place to meet business, client and other customer needs. Will evaluate and support, both financially and operationally.

• Masters Degree in Finance, Health Care Administration, or Business Administration
• Minimum of five years' experience in a senior level Finance role with significant responsibility for support service operations at Devereux, or a comparable organization. 
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience negotiating contracts and approving capital budgets.
• Must have strong administrative, programmatic, and operational experience in a multi-disciplinary treatment environment, including purchasing properties, approving renovations and fleet management.
• Experience overseeing the delivery of financial and support services in a residential treatment and community-based program environment highly preferred. 
• Graduate level credentials in a Behavioral Healthcare preferred
• Exceptional organizational, communication and customer service skills are essential.
