Job Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections to ensure our customers drive away with confidence in their Acura.
- Set up and customize the Acura Link system, enabling customers to stay connected and informed.
- Provide expert answers to customer questions, addressing everything from vehicle features to technical inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create lasting impressions that keep customers coming back.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Acura vehicles and a strong desire to share that enthusiasm with customers.
- Tech-savvy with a knack for learning and explaining vehicle technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
- Previous automotive or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
