Position: Executive Corporate Controller

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Corporate Controller to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role. As the Executive Corporate Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company and providing strategic guidance to support our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize financial performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial guidance and analysis
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to financial reporting and taxation
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to support their growth and success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA designation is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting role
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Proven experience in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the staffing or talent management industry is a plus
