Job description

We are seeking an Audit Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing audits for our organization. You will provide oversight and guidance to the audit team, develop audit plans and ensure all processes meet our standards of accuracy and integrity.

Position Overview: The Audit Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the audit process for our organization. This role will include developing audit plans and providing oversight and guidance to the audit team. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple projects with varying timelines and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement audit plans for each engagement
• Manage and supervise the audit team to ensure accuracy and integrity of all processes
• Ensure all audit activities are conducted in accordance with company standards
• Mentor and coach team members to develop their audit skills and expertise
• Train team members on the latest audit tools and techniques
• Lead audit engagements and manage multiple projects

Qualifications:

• CPA certification
• 5+ years of experience in audit, with experience in government audit, NFP (non-for-profit), manufacturing, and/or construction
• Proven track record of leading and managing audits
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Experience in leading, training and mentoring audit teams
