As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll be able to use your upbeat attitude and problem-solving skills as a tool to ensure each transaction runs smoothly. You have in-depth experience with the CA real estate contract, CAR forms, purchase contracts, drafting offers, due diligence, marketing listings, and taking deals from offer to close. Responsibilities: A little bit about the role • This is a multi-dimensional role for someone with a real estate license and experience supporting an agent or top-producing team for two or more years. • You will provide a concierge level of service to clients and maintain impeccable listing management for the team. • On any given day, you will prepare listing agreements, assist in coordinating incoming offers, prepare counters, and liaise with various third parties and vendors, serving as the gatekeeper. • From scheduling photography and staging, to maintaining showings and providing clients with agent feedback, you’ll have your hands in every part of the business and be responsible for keeping your team current with the real estate commission updates. • You will act as the key contact for clients and will provide them with notoriously impeccable service – time and time again.
