We are looking for a full-time Marketing Director to join our dynamic team, manage our Marketing Department, and lead our brand into the future. At Hufft, we are dedicated to meaningful design through innovative and creative solutions. As our Marketing Director you will spearhead our strategic marketing initiatives, collaborating with a talented team of designers and craftspeople to drive brand awareness and new project opportunities. Your expertise will shape our marketing strategy, bringing our unique and innovative approach to current and future clients through creative storytelling. with multiple team members across a variety of projects but will have daily involvement with the Principal of Marketing/Brand and Principals. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Position Hufft strategically within target markets
- Position Partners for Business Development opportunities
- Create and execute marketing plans
- Identify and manage project pipelines and lead generation to increase project opportunities
- Align marketing efforts and collateral with strategic objectives and design approach
- Generate on-brand press releases for project and design material
- Generate publication opportunities
- Manage digital asset library, photography, and website content
- Manage digital content creator and graphic designer
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Commercial Development, Higher-Education, and/or Institutional markets
- Experience managing a team
- Clear communicator
- Highly organized and deadline oriented
- Proficiency with all industry relevant social media platforms
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite Programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Microsoft Office
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
- Previous experience with an A/E firm considered a plus
