Role: Accessibility Coordinator

Location: Malden, MA, 02148

Duration: 10 Months Contract

Pay Scale: $18 - $21.57/hr

Description:

This work will involve remediating Word and Powerpoint documents to meet the Commonwealths accessibility guidelines. Department has developed and owns rights to two curriculums:

Investigating History is a history and civics curriculum for grades 5-7.

Appleseeds is an early reading curriculum for grades K-2.


Client seeks an employee to remediate Investigating History and Appleseeds documents to bring these materials into compliance with the client's accessibility guidelines so they can be posted on the client's website.

Skills:

Clear written communication experience in English - 5 years

Fluency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook) - 7 years

Attention to detail

Ability to adapt to changes

Ability to meet deadlines
