Job description
This candidate will work across all business functional areas to meet IMG’s goals and plan, track, and coordinate operational activities. They support improved organizational efficiency, specifically in administrative, programmatic, and business development operations, to accelerate the company’s development and long-term success. They accurately manage an ongoing system of collecting organizational metrics and derive insights from the data they’ve collected to recommend organizational improvements.
Facilities/IT Manager Functions
Perform general office IT support to include:
- Microsoft Office 365 license management and primary interface between IMG and IT support provider
- Laptop, VOIP and printer hardware troubleshooting
- Enterprise application support to include SharePoint and cloud file solutions.
- Review and maintain CMMC and NIST compliance to ensure appropriate levels of cybersecurity practices and processes are in place
- Member of the ITPSO group for insider threat monitoring, mitigation and corrective actions
- Support and communicate with IT vendor to carry out strategic IT projects and review IMG quarterly progress
- Consulting with leadership to update and maintain IMG’s website with most up to date
- Analyze current technologies and processes to ensure functionality and facilitate suitable interventions if needed with leaderships approval
- Program and Operations Management support as required
- Support calendar, scheduling, and meeting management
- Documenting IT’s development processes and procedures
- Provide property access and maintain validity of user’s access cards
Program Control Analyst Functions
- Assist Program Managers for accurate, timely timekeeping in accordance with IMG policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain expenditure plans to include level of effort projections as well as depletion dates for current funding.
- Identify “at-risk funding” situations and initiate Project Risk Authorizations for Program Manager review as required.
- Assist Program Managers in the identification of modifications and change orders and preparation of documentation required for new or follow-on efforts.
- Develop and analyze Estimates-to-Complete (ETC), maintain program budgets, monitor actual costs and commitments.
- Perform extensive investigations, as required.
- Develop and maintain both revenue recognition and cost analysis compiled in the Estimates-at-Completion (EAC).
- Communicate directly with Program Managers on project portfolio(s) status, to include identifying, documenting, resolving project issues, and reporting issues and risks to management.
- Develop, report, monitor, and track program metrics/performance indices.
Business Development Functions
- Participate in proposals as the proposal coordinator
- Update Deltek VantagePoint data for accuracy
- Monitor and identify IDIQ opportunities to include E-Buy, SeaPort NXG, SITE III, IMCS IV, RS3, and FMP.
- Research business intelligence requirements to include data in FPDS, competitive analysis, contract history and GovWin
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an IT profession or equivalent education in an IT related field
- Experience with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, results-driven and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, and a helpful, friendly demeanor.
