Kyle Campbell Farmers Insurance Agency is a dynamic and innovative insurance company dedicated to customer service and customer protection. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales force.

Position Overview:

As an SDR at the Kyle Campbell Agency, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by generating qualified leads and opportunities. You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers through outbound calls, engaging them in conversations, and qualifying their interest in our products/services. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and are driven to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Educate prospects on the features and benefits of our products/services.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-up and relationship-building.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for lead generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
