As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in representing our brand, fostering strong customer relationships, and helping clients find their dream homes.
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. Your primary responsibilities will include guiding clients through the home-buying process, providing information about our homes, and ensuring a positive experience. This role will be crucial in promoting our homes and enhancing our reputation in the market.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective homebuyers by providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist clients in understanding the features, benefits, and options of our homes and help them find the perfect fit for their needs and preferences.
- Market the home to the community by organizing open houses, creating connections, and promoting the homes.
- Assist clients in securing financing and facilitate communication with mortgage brokers or lenders.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the construction team to provide buyers with updates on the status of their homes and address any concerns.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
Qualifications:
- A valid real estate license is required in the state of operation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills are required.
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings to accommodate clients’ schedules is required.
- Previous experience in new home sales, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
