As a Marketing Strategy Manager with the CPGP Marketing Team, you will help shape the go-to-market strategies and execution of communication plans across a variety of franchises such as Mickey & Friends, Disney Princess, and Pixar.  You'll partner with internal Cast Members and external agencies across marketing strategy, creative advertising, PR and communications, customer engagement, and franchise/commercial teams. You will be responsible for providing strategic input, building, shaping, and implementing integrated communication plans, evaluating creative, and monitoring and analyzing campaign performance as part of a dynamic marketing team.

The Marketing Strategy Manager will report to the Senior Marketing Operations and Campaign Manager.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $92,800 - $124,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
