- *Job Type:** Part-time (Evenings and/or Weekends)
- *Responsibilities:**
- Conducting Engaging Classes:** Develop and deliver lively Bollywood dance classes for children, integrating elements of Bollywood, hip hop, and various Indian fusion styles.
- Skill Development:** Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment to nurture the dance skills and creativity of young dancers.
- Choreography:** Create innovative and age-appropriate choreography that embodies the essence of Bollywood, while infusing contemporary elements to keep classes fresh and exciting.
- Progress Assessment:** Monitor and evaluate students' progress, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Recitals and Performances:** Organize and prepare students for recitals, showcases, and performances to exhibit their talents to friends and family.
- Communication:** Maintain open communication with parents, promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a dance instructor, specializing in Bollywood, Bhangra, and other Indian fusion styles.
- Ability to work effectively with children, fostering a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
- Strong choreography skills and creativity to design captivating dance routines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of dance safety practices.
