Seeking a Director of Nursing - Emergency Department (ED) to play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care services in Brooklyn, NY. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Patient Care Services/CNO, this leadership position is responsible for identifying, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating nursing standards of practice and operational quality improvement activities within the Emergency Department. The Director of Nursing - ED oversees all Human Resource and Educational activities to support the professional development and excellence of the nursing team.

Compensation: $175,000 - $185,000

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing school with a BSN.
• Master’s Degree in nursing or related field, or a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant Administrative/Supervisory experience. Doctorate preferred.

• Minimum of ten (10) years of nursing experience.
