This is a permanent, full time, management service position.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the OHCS Procurement & Business Operations Manager, you will provide professional, efficient, and catalytic leadership and support to ensure the continuity, development, coordination, and execution of the agency’s procurement and business operations.
The person in this position will carry out the goals and objectives of the Oregon Housing and Community Services Department through the management and supervision of the Procurement and Business Services Section in the coordination, development, execution, and monitoring of the Department’s procurement and business functions. This position will also provide expertise, direction, technical advice, training, and mentorship to agency’s leadership, managers, and staff regarding contract and procurement and business activities.
You will serve as a member of the OHCS management team as the direct manager of the Procurement and Business Services section overseeing the workload for staff, collaborating with other sections within OHCS, and partnering with program areas to ensure all procurement, grant, and business operations needs are met.
Additionally, this position is responsible for fulfilling the agency’s affirmative action, diversity, equity, and inclusion goals and responsibilities.
This position reports directly to the Central Services Administrator and serves as the agency’s Designated Procurement Officer (DPO).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience; OR three years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
