You will be leading our landscape and snow and ice management teams to deliver exceptional quality and reliability. This role will be a mix of office and field work with some variable work periods and occasional weekend work. Responsibilities
• Develop effective business plans that align with our corporate sales and operational strategies that are focused on achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
• Execute established sales strategies to mine the existing customer base and to identify and penetrate high value target customers.
• Identify, qualify and prioritize sales opportunities. Develop proactive site solutions for clients and build upon existing relationships.
• Effectively utilize resources like SalesForce.com to track and monitor sales activities, as well assist Account Executives in managing and follow up in sales pipeline.
• Establish and build long term, trusted customer-relationships.
• Participate fully in weekly meetings by reviewing operational KPI’s, ERs, proposals, pipeline, and closings (lost/won).
• Mentorship and guidance provided to your team members will foster their professional development and career advancement within the company
• Participate in corporate functions at intervals throughout the year.
• Consistently demonstrate commitment to teamwork. Build strong alliances with sales team and PCM co-workers to foster cooperative and productive environment.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of internal operational (estimating, production, invoicing, and collections) procedures as this will benefit knowledgeable communications with clients.
• Perform Landscape and Snow Removal tasks including, but not limited to: Estimating, Presenting, Subcontractor Management, Customer Communication for full life cycle of contract.
• Consistently demonstrate dedicated teamwork, leadership skills, and time management ability.
