Job description
Project Specialist – Temperature Management & Control
Hybrid in Chesterbrook, PA or Titusville, NJ (2-3 days in office)
Summary:
The Project Specialist will perform administrative functions as requested by Optometrists and approved clinical functions by Clinical Operations. This individual will adhere to all R&D and environmental policy, procedures, and supports department environmental objectives.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including triaging emails, providing tactical support to mailboxes/emails, and manage correspondence efficiently.
Attend protocol review & Time and Events meetings, offering valuable input when necessary.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, displaying effective adaptability.
Respond to tasks with a sense of urgency, driving resolutions with minimal oversight.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Perform other work and additional tasks as needed or directed by the project manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required with 1-3 years of relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook
Ability to prioritize tasks including emails, calls, etc.
Ability to escalate issues to management
Strong critical thinking required
