Responsibilities
- 24- hour responsibilities
- Active participation in hospital-wide committees
- Manages all aspects of nursing care delivery within the department
- Coordinates activities within and between departments effectively
- In charge of creating flexible scheduling
- Maintains a positive clinical environment within the unit, department, and organization
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
- State RN License
- 4 years nursing experience
