Customer Care Rep

THE POSITION:
This is an on-site position, Monday-Friday full-time, your primary responsibility will be to act as the positive, professional first contact for customers calling WillowWood. You will be specifically responsible for providing customer support and service in the areas of processing orders and returns, as well as delivering all manner of product and business information.
