PRO ABA offers services to children and youth with Autism and behavioral health diagnoses in homes, schools, and clinics. We are looking for full-time and part-time BTs and RBTs with knowledge of ABA to provide services in Exton , PA . Technicians are responsible for the implementation of treatment plans, collection of daily data, and completion of daily notes under the direction of certified Behavior Analysts and Consultants.

***We offer a program to help BTs obtain their RBT certification if desired in addition to FREE BCBA student supervision***

Qualifications:
- High School diploma is required . Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human service area preferred.
- Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis
- A minimum of one-year experience working with children and/or youth
- 40 Hour RBT Training certificate is required but will consider candidates without the training if willing to complete prior to hire.
- RBT certification is preferred
- Current clearances (within 6 months); Safety-Care certification is a plus
