About the Role:

As the Global Software Sourcing Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in our technology-driven firm. Reporting to the Senior Director of IT Procurement and Vendor Management, you'll lead strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiations for software, SaaS, CSP, and IT services. Your expertise will drive measurable improvements, leveraging our purchasing power to deliver cost savings and ensure top-notch service for our global stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Lead complex sourcing initiatives and negotiations for software and IT services, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative procurement strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform sourcing decisions.
Conduct financial analyses and evaluations of supplier proposals.
Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure compliance and performance.
Manage supplier relationships and participate in business reviews.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on sourcing progress.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
7+ years of experience in IT software sourcing and procurement.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and negotiate effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
