The Accounting & Financial Reporting intern will be responsible for activities, potentially including but not limited to the following:

• Support the financial accounting and reporting process, including the preparation of
  • Corporate Accounting activities
  • Account reconciliations
  • Internal reporting
  • Consolidated financial statements
  • Quarterly disclosures as required by U.S. GAAP
  • Quarterly reporting package as required by our private equity owners in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards
  • Assistance with the annual insurance renewal process
• Assist with month-end close tasks, such as preparing journal entries, reviewing roll forwards, and reviewing trial balances
• Collaborate with Accounting Team on improvement projects
• Assist with drafting/revisions of Accounting Policies

Assist with the preparation of technical whitepapers

Education Level: Current college student or graduate pursuing Bachelors or Masters degree; at or above Junior year preferred
