Job description
Banner Elk Cafe in Banner Elk, NC is looking for one barista to join our team at the Lodge Espresso Bar and Eatery we are a 79 person strong team. We are located in downtown Banner Elk. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. Duties include light baking, and a passion for creating great coffee/espresso drinks. Must get along with others position may be crossed trained to serve. Lots of potential for growth. Mostly seeking evening shifts 3-11pm 4-5 nights including weekends. This position is also tipped so salary will flucuate accordingly 9.00per hour is the minimum should average $12+ per hour. Candidate should be friendly and professional. Interviews are usually set Monday, Tuesday and Thursday's from 9-3p.
