Restaurant Manager - Job Highlights:

- Looking for a Restaurant Manager with restaurant operations experience who will support the General Manager to enhance the team and the guest service experience

Position Requirements:
- Must have previous Restaurant Management experience in a high volume, fine dining or upscale casual venue in Las Vegas
- Minimum 3+ years Restaurant Management Experience; $4 MM + in sales volume
- Wine/Beverage experience including European and American wines and wine pairings is preferred
- Financial Acumen - understands and can articulate food and labor costs
- Some experience with how Casino Comp's work - but not required
- Results oriented, open minded, flexible and motivational with the staff; self-motivated and adaptable
- Experience leading the Front of House team and providing back up support to the General Manager when necessary
- Strong leadership and motivational skills required to attract, train, mentor, retain and grow a strong team
- Promotes the delivery of superior guest service experiences resulting in repeat guests and enhanced revenue results
- Strong guest focus mentality with the ability to provide a differentiating dining experience for each guest
- Works with the General Manager and team to evaluate service standards, processes and procedures, and implement changes that will improve the operation and drive consistency
- Ability to schedule staff and ensure the restaurant operation has full coverage as needed
- Exceptional people and development skills, and a proven track record in attracting, assessing, developing, coaching and managing talent
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to relate to Associates across the entire team
- Must exhibit the highest level of professionalism in dealing with team members
- Independent, innovative and analytical
- Solid Technical skills
- A strong self starter who is willing to learn and grow with the position
- Schedule/Shift Flexibility required
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
