salary: $24 – $28 per hour

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities
+ Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
+ Review, verify, and reconcile invoices and expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
+ Correspond with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or inquiries regarding invoices or payments.
+ Prepare and execute weekly, monthly, and ad hoc payment runs via check, ACH , or wire transfer.
+ Perform month-end closing activities related to accounts payable, including reconciliations and accruals.
+ Assist in the maintenance of vendor master data and ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
