Job description
The Property Manager will be able to handle all aspects of the multifamily business. This includes, but is not limited to, collecting rent, assist residents with online portals and payslips, entering invoices, entering data and creating reports, processing future resident applications, and maintaining an overall productive office environment. The Community Manager will also be able to:
- Ensure the property is leased to the fullest capacity through effective sales and marketing strategies
- Increase and maintain resident retention
- Ensure grounds are properly maintained and clean
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- AP/AR
- Address resident concerns
- Implement and execute resident events
- Supervise maintenance personnel
- Overseeing on-site vendors, and maintain vendor relations
- Create and implement a marketing plan
- Create and maintain a budget to maximize growth
- Comply with all state and federal fair housing regulations; ensure the on-site team is compliant
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Give feedback to supervisors and team members to assist in helping to improve overall efficiency
- Contribute to the team by offering new ideas and ways to improve processes and procedures
- Be able to respond to emergency calls 24/7 when needed
- This position oversees two smaller properties in close proximity to each other
- LIHTC experience required
