Job description

We are seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and office support to the Chief Human Resources Officer. Duties include general clerical receptionist and assist in projectbased work.

Essential Functions:

Perform administrative and office support to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying faxing mailing and filing.

Establish maintain and update files records certificates and/or other documents.

Screen telephone calls take messages and/or redirect inquires to the appropriate office.

Arrange meetings and conferences; create transcribe and distribute meeting agendas.

Make travel arrangements such as plane reservations hotel accommodation and auto rentals.

Take inventory and order office supplies as needed. Keep adequate stock.

Maintain multiple calendars. Schedule and cancel meetings and appointments as requested using proper judgment as to time and location. Reserve conference rooms as requested.

Meet and greet clients and visitors.

Prepare a wide variety of confidential correspondence and reports; drafts memos/letters and emails.

Prepare monthly expense reports.

Support the human resources department staff in assigned projectbased work.

Report PC Printer Fax errors to the Information Technology department.
