Vernon, IL location is seeking a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented IT Technician III to join our IT group. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is dependable and accountable.

THE POSITION
Assist, support, and administer the IT infrastructure of the plant (Office Hardware-PCs, Laptops,Telephone and Software, Server, Network, Internet) following the company standards.
Assist, support, and administer the IT Infrastructures of the Shop-floor (hand held
scanners, tag printers, badge readers, manufacturing systems, etc.)
Ensure the operation and high availability of the IT infrastructure, implements contingency plans, install, and support these infrastructures.
Assist the team in execution and running IT projects in the plant.
Work with IT management to ensure the most cost-effective and efficient methods for supporting local operations in place.
Effective written and verbal communication is a must to be able to provide a high level of customer service.
Be flexible in scheduling to support the 24-hour operations of the plant.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications: Associates Degree
Technical Skills: Other Skills / Abilities: IT
infrastructure operation (LAN/WAN, Server Client/
Desktops), Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office,
Expert knowledge of Windows 10,
knowledge of Cisco technologies, RFID technologies
(Aeroscout)
