Job description

Best described as a paid internship , entrepreneurial career minded professionals will be supported as they earn while they learn . Our culture aims to empower individuals to become agency owners. This Protégé program provides full training on how to prospect, market, sell, staff, serve, manage and grow your own agency. This paid position offers mentoring and the ability to prospect and work within established books of business while building your craft. After the criteria are met, ownership is an option where even the capital requirement is waived.

Salary: $2,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Requirements

• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Career minded vision.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Resourcefulness
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
• Drive to be successful
