As the Lead Payment Reviewer, you will play a crucial role in reviewing remittance advice, ensuring proper payment from insurance carriers based on contract arrangements. Your responsibilities will include maintaining contract proration, auditing accounts for accuracy, and initiating refunds as needed. Additionally, you'll be at the forefront of training and education for the payment team, contributing to their professional growth and ensuring high-performance standards.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Clerical experience is a must.
• Previous hospital experience and contract review expertise required.
• Ability to use basic office equipment and knowledge of CTR computer terminals.
• Medical terminology knowledge is helpful but not mandatory.
• HBI certification certificate required prior to the end of the probationary period.
