YOUR DAY

Your workweek will follow a Monday – Friday schedule providing a consistent and balanced routine. We believe in fostering a work environment that supports both professional growth and a fulfilling personal life.

As a Bath and Kitchen Designer at DreamMaker, your role is pivotal in the design process for various residential projects. Your day will involve establishing connections with clients, carefully understanding their preferences, and translating their vision into tangible designs. Beyond the drawing board, you will finalize project costs and work closely with the Project Coordinator to support projects in production. This is a hybrid position primarily working within the showroom with flexibility to work from home. You'll also have the opportunity to visit active production sites when possible.

HOW TO BE A SUCCESSFUL BATH & KITCHEN SALES DESIGNER:

• Strong background in customer service
• 5+ years of Sales experience
• Associate degree or relevant work experience
• 3D visualization skills, spatial planning ability, and mathematical reasoning
• Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on design trends, and think outside the box for innovative solutions
• Experience with ProKitchen or 20/20 design software is a plus!
