About the Program:

Racing Master is a real-time multi-platform racing game. In conjunction with Codemasters®, we are bringing you the ultimate immersive driving experience with a pioneering physics engine. Customize and drive hundreds of officially licensed luxury cars, compete on real major racetracks all over the world and become a legend!

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the localized version in North America market based on the local user/player's habit such as optimizing the appearance system, character system, leveling system, and etc.
• Participate in strategy building, live-ops data optimization, commercialization design, and live-ops events design.
• Collaborate with partners to improve and optimize player retention and monetization by driving product and game features.
• Identify and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of game related product manager experience with experience on live games (mobile game experience preferred).
• Experience with localization and monetization.
• Have an in-depth understanding of users/players 'habit in North America market.
• Business acumen with strategic and analytical capabilities, using data to inform strategic and business decisions
• Passion and enthusiasm for racing game with strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to partner with multiple teams

Base pay range of this position: $180,000 - 250,000 USD/year
