Job description
This role calls for a creative and strategic thinker with at least 2 years of marketing experience, ready to make a significant impact. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with our marketing assistant and video editor, focusing on deploying effective social media strategies, setting and achieving measurable marketing goals, and creating content that delivers both short-term wins and long-term value. You'll be instrumental in identifying our target audience, scheduling social media updates, and crafting compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) to guide potential clients through our sales funnel. We're looking for someone who is not only a team player but also a trendsetter in automated workflows, A/B testing, and data-driven marketing decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify the right social media platforms for our target audience and schedule regular, impactful updates.
- Set clear, strategic, and measurable marketing goals to guide our efforts and track progress.
- Deeply understand our audience to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with our marketing assistant and video editor to produce evergreen content that benefits our brand both immediately and over time.
- Design and implement compelling CTAs to enhance customer journey through the sales funnel.
- Develop and oversee automated marketing workflows to efficiently reach and engage our audience.
- Conduct A/B testing for various marketing campaigns to refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and brand-aligned marketing strategy across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on social media and content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, online marketing tools, and analytics.
- Experience with creative software (InDesign, Photoshop) preferred.
- Exceptional project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.
- Detail-oriented, with outstanding writing and grammar skills.
- Previous experience in real estate marketing or with luxury brands is a plus.
- Familiarity with office tools from Apple, Google, and Microsoft.
- A BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience is required.
