JOB SUMMARY: As a Digital Marketing Associate at Belle Tire, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our primary storefront -- the website. Utilizing a comprehensive set of tools, you will focus on maximizing engagement and improving funnel conversion rates on the Belle Tire website and other digital channels in the customer journey.
The Digital Optimization Specialist will be at the forefront of data trends, translating these into actionable insights and ideas for execution or testing. The ideal candidate will possess a 'test, learn, optimize' mindset and a drive to continually improve performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leverage digital experience platform for insights into website user behavior, identifying conversion paths and sources of friction
- Recommend, conduct, and measure A/B tests on the website, optimizing elements such as call-to-action copy and button placement
- Enhance and update website content within a Content Management System (CMS)
- Utilize Google tools for monitoring website health, analyzing keyword data and identifying SEO opportunities
- Manage local listings on sites like Google, Yelp and Apple
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-years of experience in a marketing department, advertising agency, digital business or similar
- Ability to analyze data and provide fact-based insights and recommendations
- Understanding of Digital Marketing and strong analytical skills using Microsoft excel
- Problem solving aptitude and proactive approach to challenges
- Experience using data to derive insights and formulate hypotheses
- Preferred experience with Google or Adobe Analytics
- Excellent attention to detail delivering data, recommendations and optimization plans
- Ability to thrive in a performance driven environment, operating at the speed of retail
Working Conditions: Work days are typically Mon-Fri, some overtime may be required, and the position is considered on-call for all days of the week. Office environment requiring long periods of sitting, and operation of standard office equipment.
