Job description
Just across the hill from Portland, Oregon, you'll find our beautiful Beaverton , Oregon ! Our clinic is proud to call the Portland metropolitan area as our home as we’ve just opened a new location there . This exciting part time position will be held in our beautiful new space in Beaver ton, OR right off of b ustling Cornell Road.
We are a growing pediatric private practice looking for a Community Office Coordinator that is able to work independently. We have a great presence in the community and would love a Comm unity Office Coordinator that is able to provide the highest quality services with confidence.
About our practice:
We are a fun team of SLPs and OT that love to work with kids! About half of the caseload is 0-5 early intervention and the other half is over 5 years old. Our team of therapists and admin staff are dedicated to helping kids live their best lives! You will be key to making this happen.
Responsibilities -
Contact and meet with doctors’ offices to develop referral relationships
Ideally, you will be making 6-10 office visits a week.
Set up meetings with doctors, practitioners, school principals to further develop relationships .
Weekly meetings with our Patient Services Manager to follow up on referrals.
Taking detailed notes on outside providers and their offices to report back to Marketing Manager.
Obtain feedback surveys from current active referral sources.
Plan actions necessary to improve relationship and referrals from sources based on feedback surveys and referrals such as;
Thank you cards
Gift baskets
Drop-off brochures, flyers
Communication
Trainings/education of referral sources
Coordinate areas of need for new referrals with Clinical manager and Patient Services manager.
Track all communications with active referral sources and leads in the CPT CRM tool.
Track referral statistics in collaboration with Clinical manager.

This position requires having your own transportation with a valid driver’s license.
This is a part time position looking at 20 hours a week with a schedule of Monday through Friday 9am to 1pm. The potential for a full-time schedule may be a possibility.
