The Opportunity Within Aeroflow, the Payor Relations team is comprised of two teams.
- Our team focuses on supporting health plan initiatives through program development, education and collaboration.
- Our clients include network management teams, care managers and navigators as well as customer service representatives within health plans.
- Our dynamic and fast-paced team coordinates quickly with multiple parties within the organization bringing together key stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions.
Your Primary Responsibilities We are currently seeking a Senior National Account Manager for the Payor Relations team. The Senior National Account Manager is typically responsible for
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing health plan partners to ensure continued collaboration and mutual success.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding business with current health plan partners, maximizing revenue and market share.
- Research, analyze, and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to support partner initiatives and drive sales success.
- Lead and participate in the negotiation of contract terms and pricing agreements with health plan partners.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs and objectives of health plan partners.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales performance, partner satisfaction, and market share, and use these insights to refine strategies.
- Manage and oversee a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to drive their individual and collective success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and concerns from health plan partners, working to swiftly resolve issues and maintain trust.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate forecasting, revenue recognition, and budget management for health plan partnerships.
- Stay compliant with industry regulations and company policies, ensuring ethical and responsible business practices.
- Regularly communicate and report on progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, business, marketing, a related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in sales, with a demonstrable record of achieving or surpassing sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Durable Medical Equipment Industry and its related products/services is preferred, but exceptional candidates from diverse backgrounds will also be considered.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, present compelling sales pitches, and negotiate effectively.
- Relationship Building: Natural ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, with a focus on maintaining long-term relationships.
